These terms govern your use of Ratioed ("we", "us", "our"). By using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Ratioed analyzes screenshots of text conversations to provide insights about messaging patterns and dynamics. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use Ratioed. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• You're responsible for all activity under your account
• One account per person - no sharing accounts
• Provide accurate information when signing up

4. Acceptable Use

Do:

• Use Ratioed for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Upload screenshots of conversations you're a part of
• Respect others' privacy

Don't:

• Upload illegal content of any kind
• Upload content involving minors
• Use results to harass, stalk, or harm others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the service
• Use bots or automated tools to access the service
• Resell or redistribute access to the service

5. Purchases and Tokens

• New accounts receive 5 free scan tokens
• Additional tokens can be purchased via in-app purchase
• All purchases are final and non-refundable
• Refund requests must go through Apple
• Tokens don't expire but are non-transferable
• Prices may change at any time

6. Entertainment Purposes

This is important: Ratioed is for entertainment and personal insight only.

• We do not guarantee the accuracy of any analysis
• Results are not professional relationship, psychological, or legal advice
• AI analysis may be wrong - it can't understand full context, sarcasm, or nuance
• Don't make major life decisions based solely on Ratioed results

7. Intellectual Property

Ratioed owns all rights to the service, including the app, website, branding, and technology. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without written permission.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these terms
• Engage in abusive or fraudulent behavior
• Use the service to harm others

You can delete your account anytime in the app settings or by contacting us.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Ratioed is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
• We're not responsible for decisions you make based on analysis results

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Ratioed after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We'll notify you of significant changes.
